This winter the Darby Bed & Breakfast is launching its Health & Wellness program. We will be inspiring positive living based on physical, emotional & spiritual well-being. We are hard at work with our local community to create events focusing on rejuvenation, relaxation, regeneration and restoration of the mind, body and spirit.
Our winter program will be in conjunction with the Lost Trail Ladies Only Program January 6th through February10th. Every Friday for six weeks, The Darby Bed & Breakfast will have massage therapy, esthetician services and a featured program in the Healing Arts. Our program topics include but are not limited to Reiki, Energy Anatomy Education, Emotional Freedom Techniques (meridian tapping), Tarot Readings, Akashic Records, Vibration Elixirs, Crystal Therapy, Energy Field Awareness, Handmade Jewelry Making, Alaskan Floral Essence Specialist and Yoga.

Stop along the way at the Naughty Moose, just less than 4 miles from us and enjoy discounts on appetizers & wine. We will provide all the necessary amenities to rejuvenate your spirit and restore your mind. Our Health & Wellness package includes a fabulous night’s sleep in one of our rooms, a gourmet breakfast using mostly locally grown and supported organic produce, dairy and staples (Entrées vary and always include fresh fruit, juice and/or milk, fair trade certified coffee or tea) and another ski pass to Lost Trail Powder Mountain for Saturday.
